It is recommended that all Metaverse Property Owners take the time to read the “Historic Z3 Metaverse White Paper” (with audio link attached) that defines the Metaverse and its features, benefits and income streams. Once you have purchased your Metaverse property(s), you will be instantly connected to your Z3 Metaverse home with your property deed displayed. NOW THEREFORE, this agreement is entered into between Z3 Metaverse Property Owners
and Song fi, LLC, 300 Delaware Avenue Suite 210 Wilmington Delaware 19801 240 702 3767, trading as the "Z3 Metaverse", with the parties agreeing as follows:
Metaverse Property Owners consist of three categories:
Founding Metaverse Owners are the recognized founding property owners of the Metaverse, with a limit of 10,000 property deeds available that include advanced Web3 features, benefits and income streams.
New Metaverse Owners are those who purchase Metaverse property(s) after the Founding 10,000 Metaverse Property Deeds are sold out.
Approved Musicians and Artists are held in high esteem for their contributions to the arts and therefore awarded a lifetime Metaverse property at no cost, with ongoing revenue streams.
The 10,000 Founding Metaverse Owners:
1) Pay $24 per month for each Founding Metaverse property, with a maximum purchase of “10” per individual, with each property having its own unique property code and entitled to all the features and benefits of the Metaverse, including the financial compensation defined below.
2) A Founding Metaverse Owner can take their Metaverse home public as a “Z3 Site”, at no charge, which is a $12 per-month upcharge for “New Metaverse Owners” after the founding 10,000.
3) When multiple Founding Metaverse properties are purchased by the same individual, they can lease their Z3 property(s) to others under whatever financial arrangement the parties agree to.
4) Referral Payments: When a Founding Metaverse Owner refers their property code to another Founding Metaverse Owner, a 15% ongoing referral fee is paid. Further defined, 15% of $24 ($3.60), is paid to the referring Founding Metaverse Owner every month payments are made by the referred Founding Metaverse Owner, with transparent documentation posted on Infinity BlockchainOS that tracks all payments made and property owner status. Seven Metaverse property referrals equal $25.20 in ongoing monthly income that more than covers the Founding Metaverse Owners original $24 property payment, with all future income building profit and long-term revenue.
5) To be clear, Founding Metaverse Owners can purchase property without the referral code of another Founding Owner before the founding 10,000 are sold out, however, there is a good incentive to use another’s code during this period because the price is the same and the referred Metaverse Owner receives an additional $24 worth of Avatar creation tokens credited to their account.
6) Once the Founding 10,000 Founding Metaverse Owner properties are sold out, new Metaverse Owners can only purchase property in the Metaverse using an existing Owners property code and pay $29 per month, with the same 15% referral income model applying. Further defined, 15% of the $29 ($4.35) is paid each month to the referring Metaverse Owner when their code is used, and payments are made by the referred Metaverse Property Owner.
7) Percentage of Gross Revenue Payments: The second income stream the Founding 10,000 Metaverse Owners enjoy, as a collective group, is that 5% of the gross revenue of the Metaverse for the life of their Z3 property ownership is paid to them monthly with all documentation relating to payments due and paid made on Infinity BlockchainOS in real time. For example, if you own one Metaverse property, you are entitled to 1/10,000th of 5% of the gross revenue of the Z3 Metaverse for the life of your property ownership that equals $5,000 for every billion dollars in gross revenue generated by the Z3 Metaverse. If you own 10 Founding Metaverse properties, you are entitled to 1/1000th of 5% of gross revenue of the Z3 Metaverse that equals $50,000 for every billion dollars in gross revenue generated by the Z3 Metaverse.
8) Gross Revenue is the calculator for payments made to Metaverse Property Owners in the second revenue stream. This makes things easy to track without any calculations for taxes or anything else. All gross revenue received by the Z3 Metaverse is transparently documented on Infinity BlockchainOS and accessible to all Metaverse property Owners through “Distributed Ledgers” using their private Infinity Blockchain keys, on demand.
a) Metaverse Owner Property Payments: Revenue generated from Metaverse property payments from individuals and businesses are considered gross revenue, not including the Founding 10,000 Metaverse Property Owner payments.
b) Revenue from Z3 Sites That Replace Big Tech Website Builders: All revenues generated when Z3 community members take their Z3 virtual home public as a “Z3 Site” for an additional $12 per month is considered gross revenue.
c) Revenue from Data Sales and Z3 Community Marketing Efforts: Metaverse Owners can decide to sell their data to the merchant community, for cash or store credits, or participate in focus groups and marketing efforts to generate income. When that happens the Metaverse Property Owner gets paid for their data and marketing services from the merchant, with the Z3 Metaverse receiving an additional 8% of the total amount paid by the merchant to the Metaverse Property Owner for their data and services rendered.
d) Revenue from B-Commerce™ Transactions: A Fee of 8% of the total amount of all B-commerce transactions is paid by merchants to the Z3 Metaverse over and above the money that is paid by Metaverse property owners for the merchant’s product or service.
e) Revenue from Virtual Art Treasures known as VAT$™: The Z3 community generates revenue from an 8% Infinity BlockchainOS certification fee for each Vat$ transaction that is documented on Infinity BlockchainOS.
f) Revenue from Corporate Sponsorships - The Z3 Metaverse is pursuing eight non-competing title sponsors that endorse the decentralized Z3 Metaverse business model, and by doing so, these sponsors will send a message to consumers that privacy and affordability are top of mind.
g) Revenue from Infinity BlockchainOS Licensing and Consulting Agreements: Infinity BlockchainOS will be licensed to industry, apart from the B-commerce merchant transactions, with all monies received for licensing and consulting services considered gross revenue.
h) Revenue from AI Use-Cases: The Z3 community generates revenue from 8% of the gross revenue from all pay-for AI Use-Cases accessed in the Metaverse, with the entrepreneur who created the AI Use-Case receiving 92% of the revenue.
i) Revenue From Metaverse Property Transfer Fees: Founding Z3 Owners may transfer or sell their Metaverse property deed(s) including all associated benefits subject to an eight percent (8%) certification or transfer fee. All Metaverse property ownership transfers are documented on Infinity BlockchainOS and certified on the Global Registry and considered gross revenue.
j) Revenue From Other Sources: All other gross revenue received by the Z3 Metaverse that is not recited above is considered gross revenue minus any monies collected by Z3 and paid to others as a component of a transaction and therefore not true revenue to the Z3 Metaverse.
9) Payments are made to Metaverse Property Owners each month by direct deposits into the PayPal accounts that all Metaverse Property Owners are required to set up to receive instant payment transfers every month.
10) Founding Metaverse Property Owners may transfer or sell their Metaverse property deed(s) and all associated benefits, with such transfer or sale subject to an eight percent (8%) transfer or re-certification fee. All ownership transfers are documented on the Infinity Blockchain and certified on the Global Registry. In real time.
11) Founding Z3 Owners can cancel their Metaverse Property Ownership at any time prior to their next Metaverse property payment due date, and by doing so relinquish all ownership of income payments from the date of cancellation. Failure to make payment beyond 30 days can result in Metaverse Property Ownership termination with notice given 15 days prior to termination to cure any default.
New Metaverse Owners after the Founding 10,000 are sold out:
12) After the Founding 10,000 Metaverse Property Deeds are sold out, the only way to purchase property in the Metaverse and to join the Z3 community is to use an existing community member’s property code.
13) New Metaverse Owners pay $29 per month and can purchase any amount of Z3 Metaverse properties per individual with each property having its own unique property code with instant access to all services, features and benefits as well as the financial compensation defined below. New Metaverse Owners can also take their Z3 Metaverse home public as a Z3 Site for an additional $12 per month.
14) Referral Payments: When a New Metaverse Owner refers their property code to another new Metaverse Property Owner, a 15% ongoing referral fee is paid every month when the referred Metaverse Property Owner makes their Metaverse Property payment. Further defined, 15% of the $29 ($4.35) is paid to the referring Z3 Metaverse Owner each month. Seven referrals equal $30.45 in income that more than covers the monthly Z3 Owners $29 property payment with the rest being profit to build long term income.
15) New Z3 Owners may transfer or sell their Metaverse property deed(s) and all associated benefits, with such transfer or sale subject to an eight percent (8%) transfer or re-certification fee. All ownership transfers are documented on Infinity BlockchainOS and certified on its Global Metaverse Property Owner Registry.
16) New Z3 Owners can cancel their Metaverse Property Ownership at any time prior to their next property payment due date and by doing so relinquish all gross revenue payments from the date of cancellation.
Approved Musicians and Artists:
17) A group of 100 artists will be issued Metaverse properties at no charge and are collectively awarded 1% of the gross revenue of the Z3 Metaverse into perpetuity in exchange for their endorsement and promotion of the Z3 Metaverse. This includes current musicians and artists as well as those artists who are no longer with us, like Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis and Bob Marley, with their foundations becoming the benefactors of the income streams defined below. The selection of these artists shall be made by Z3 founder Stevie Marco.
18) Professional musicians and artists not initially selected can apply for a free Z3 Metaverse property and become an “Approved Musician or Artist” and when approved shall be awarded a Metaverse property at no cost and pay no monthly fees in exchange for the non-exclusive right of the Z3 Metaverse community to publish the approved Musician or Artist content on Z3 that appears anywhere on the internet. The approval process is at the sole discretion of the Z3 Metaverse and must conform with any existing contracts the Musician or Artist may have with publishing companies or record labels.
19) Referral Payments: When an approved Musician or Artist refers their property code to any Z3 Owner to purchase Metaverse property, 15% is paid every month to the referring Musician or Artist. Further defined, 15% of the $29 ($4.35) is paid to the referring Z3 Metaverse Owner each month. Seven referrals equal $30.45 in income that more than covers the monthly Z3 Owners $29 property payment with the rest being profit to build long term income.
20) The Z3 Metaverse is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR" and takes data security to the most secure level current technology has to offer. Your personal information will never be hijacked and/or sold to anyone and never used for targeted ads or any other form of pay-per-click advertising, or for any other purpose. It’s your data that is accessible only to you on the Infinity Blockchain.
Cancellation Policy
21) You may cancel your Metaverse property payment at any time by simply clicking on "Cancel My Metaverse Subscription" from your Home Page to terminate your recurring credit or debit card payment before your next monthly Metaverse property payment is due.
22) In the event a Z3 Owner cancels their Z3 property payment, then his or her Metaverse property deed becomes available to a new Z3 Owner who assumes the $24.00 monthly payment, their Z3 property deed and all the other financial benefits. Any accrued monies due the cancelling Metaverse Property Owner shall be paid in the next monthly pay period.
Privacy Policy
23) The Z3 Metaverse does not package, share, resell or distribute any of your personal information to third parties. Currently the servers of Facebook, Google, Amazon and other Big Tech players retain your personal information, social media content and e-commerce purchase history and then bombard your life with targeted ads. The Z3 Metaverse ends all that and returns your privacy back to you. Only you can access your private information, content and data on Infinity BlockchainOS.
24) Z3 Owners shall use best efforts promote the Z3 Metaverse to associates, friends and family as the opportunity presents itself to build the Z3 Metaverse economy in consideration for payments made.
With the purchase of your Z3 Metaverse property all parties agree to the terms of this agreement stated above.
